Arkham Asylum is a corrupt institution and a rotting example of human rights violations.
The neurodivergent population of Gotham, and especially those that are convicted criminals,
deserve access to proper treatment and rehabilitation programs.

Arkham guards abuse the inmates and there is little proof of any improvement upon the so-called
rogues' conditions. We already know punishment in the form of prison time is not an effective
method of reducing crime, and those committed by this city's supercriminals have gone up in extremity
and frequency since the re-opening of the Asylum.

Furthermore, The Batman regularly engages in brutality and is a direct acomplice in Arkham's crimes.
If it were not for the fact that its inmates are mentally ill and felons, there would be more outrage in
the public against his actions.
